After the Tuesday training session, we will meet at the beer garden Lindener Turm (see link below) for some drinks and buffet. At about 9:30pm we have a guided tour of the observatory Volkssternwarte Hannover http://sternwarte-hannover.de/ .

How to get there:
- By foot: It’s a 45 minutes walk from the intitute
- Public transport: It takes about 20 minutes by tram and bus. A one way (Zone 1, covers both tram and bus) ticket costs 2.50 Euro.
tram 4 or 5 from station Schneiderberg (direction city center/Kröpke) to station Königsworther Platz (3 minutes)
exit the underground tram station
take the bus 200 (direction Bahnhof Linden/Fischerhof) to station Zur Sternwarte (9 minutes)
walk up the hill (street “Zur Sternwarte” then “Am Lindener Berg”) - By taxi: That takes about 15 minutes and costs about 17 Euro.
Costs: The buffet will be about 20 Euro per person
